There will be a meeting of the Community Council on Tuesday November 20 in the Braxi Hall, Inverlochy at 7pm.

All members of the community are welcome. The main item on the agenda will the committee’s plan to merge Inverlochy and Torlundy Community Council (ITCC) with Fort William Community Council (FWCC).

For a number of years community council’s in the area have been struggling to maintain committees to represent the people in their communities. FWCC is of a similar view and is in agreement the two community councils can best represent local communities by merging and having more dynamic and representative meetings in the future.

If you would like to be part of this consultative meeting about the future of ITCC please come along and have your say. You can also send your thoughts by email to sec@itcc.co.uk
