Double take as Lochaber twins graduate together

Former Lochaber High School pupils Ruaraidh and Fraser Mackenzie, with parents, Isabel and Bill, from Lochyside, Fort William, following their graduation from Perth College last week.

The twins did the same course at the college and both graduated with Bachelor of Engineering degrees with Honours in Aircraft Engineering and Air Transport Operations.

Both are also going on to further study for masters degrees at Strathclyde University.

Mrs Mackenzie was a former depute head of Lochaber High School and is now head teacher of Gairloch High School, while husband  Bill is a physics teacher at Lochaber High School.
