Lochaber Rotary Club has been recognised for the quality and diversity of its projects and its high level of engagement with the Lochaber community.

At its weekly lunch business meeting on Wednesday October 3, Iain White, Assistant Governor of the Glasgow and West of Scotland Rotary District, presented a certificate to club president Iain Johnston.

Mr White cited the many successful projects undertaken by the club and made particular mention of the Christmas Festival and the recently published book ‘Children’s Bedtime Stories from the Scottish Highlands’, both of which have raised significant funding for community events and local charities.
