NHS Highland is again providing support for Highland healthcare firms to gain access to overseas markets – this time through a trade visit to Belgium later this year.

Earlier this year, NHS Highland hosted a trade show in Inverness that saw more than 50 Dutch and Belgian firms attend along with a number of Scottish companies. Now a final trade show under the SHINE umbrella is to take place in Brugge in Belgium this November.

Like the others, the trade show will act as platform to help Scottish-based, small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs), benefit from international development and trading opportunities with similar organisations in countries around the North Sea.

NHS Highland is now inviting interested Scottish SMEs to an information event about the Belgian visit in the Centre for Health Science, Inverness, on October 2, from 9am-12.30pm.
