Four second-year students from Taynuilt’s Ballet West will be competing in
the 2018 Genée International competition in Hong Kong from August 3 to
12.

They are Romy Adair, Abigail Drew, Hortense Malaval and Lucy Malin. All four 18-years-olds have performed with Ballet West’s touring company in Swan Lake (2017) and Giselle (2018).

Romy, from Australia, has been offered an apprenticeship with Ballet West’s new international touring company, which will perform Swan Lake in Malaysia in late August. Abigail is also from Australia, Hortense is from France and Lucy is from Middlesex.
