At around 1am on Sunday June 3 at Stevenson Street, Oban, a 31-year-old male assaulted another man. He was subsequently arrested and charged and a report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
At about 3pm on Tuesday June 5 at Miller Road, Oban, police were called to an incident in which a 22-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man conducted themselves in a disorderly manner. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
At about 11pm on Friday June 8 on McKelvie Road, Oban, a 60-year-old man was stopped and searched by police officers and was found to be in possession of cannabis. The man was issued with a recorded police warning.
At around 10.30pm on Saturday June 9 at Colonsay Terrace, Oban, a 27-year-old man conducted himself in a disorderly manner. The man was arrested, and later released with a recorded police warning.
Theft from hospital
At approximately 8pm on Thursday June 7, a quantity of cash was discovered missing by a patient at Lorn and Islands District General Hospital in Oban.
