Kilmallie win Iain Aitchison trophy

IAIN AITCHISON TROPHY 26/5/18 Mrs Moira Aitchison, presents the Iain Aitchison Memorial trophy 2018 to Kilmallie captain Liam MacDonald after their 5-1 win over Ballachulish at Canal Parks. The trophy is played for annually in recognition of the late Iain Aitchison who played for both clubs. In 2017 the cup was not played for due to bad weather conditions, so was awarded 2 weeks ago when Ballachulish met Kilmallie in the first round of the Camanachd Cup, with Kilmallie winning 14-0. By chance the teams met again last weekend in the Bailliemore Cup so took the opportunity to make it the 2018 fixture. Picture Iain Ferguson. Alba.photos
