At around 9pm on Saturday April 21, police received a report of a 59-year-old man being robbed in Main Street, Arrochar.

Officers attended and the man was found to be suffering from head injuries which later required treatment at hospital.

Shortly after, police received a report of a disturbance outside the Ben Arthur Bothy, Arrochar , during which a car, that had been reported stolen from Partick earlier in the week, was crashed into a wall.

A further incident was reported in the Succoth area of Arrochar of an attempted housebreaking.

As a result of inquiries carried out by officers, men aged 22, 23 and 45 were arrested and charged in connection with the incidents.
