After two rounds of the ACU Acklams Beta British Solo Youth Trials Championship, C Class Medium Wheel, Euan Sim from Taynuilt leads the British Championship. Rounds one and two were held on the Isle of Man on Saturday and Sunday, April 13 and 14.

He was first in the first round at Scarlett, a stone’s throw away from the Irish Sea on the Saturday, and took third place in the second round at King’s Forest, Greeba on the Sunday. Euan was the British and Scottish Champion last year in his category on an Oset electric bike but has moved on to a petrol bike this year where he can expect the routes and terrain to be more challenging.

The next round will take place at Low North Park, Harwood Dale, near Scarborough on Sunday June 3.
