A fine array of fresh Scottish produce will form NFU Scotland’s annual dinner, taking place at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow on Monday February 6.

The fantastic menu boasts produce from across the country, from haggis and clapshot for the starter, to Scotch beef and shin for the main course, and apple tart, ice-cream and toffee sauce for the dessert, accompanied by artisan cheeses, chutney and oatcakes to round off the delicious fare of prime Scottish food.

NFU Scotland chief executive Scott Walker commented: ‘Every day of the year our farmers are working hard to produce the high-quality food and drink that is available right on our doorsteps. This year’s annual dinner is once again a celebration of that passion and enthusiasm.’
