Police in Lochaber can confirm that a man’s body has been recovered from the Glen Coe area.
Members of the public in the Stob Coire Nam Beith area alerted emergencies services yesterday afternoon (Wednesday June 1). Glencoe Mountain Rescue Team attended and recovered the man.
The family of Robin Garton, who was reported missing in the Glen Coe area in September 2015, have been informed. They wish to thank the Glencoe Mountain Rescue Team and have asked for privacy at this time.
Formal identification will now take place.
