Michael is optimistic Oban can sustain another good eating place

GIVING up a secure job was a daunting prospect for Michael France - especially as he has a young family to support.

But the 34 year-old is hoping the gamble will pay off and the new restaurant he has just opened will tantalise the tastebuds of local people.
