The Falkirk Mod is where the Royal National Mod 2008 was held this year in October and The Oban Times was there.

Gaelic speaking is at the heart of the Mod - you could say 'Gaelic' and 'Mod' go hand in hand. The Mod features Gaelic singing, Gaelic music, Gaelic stories.
The Mod is in Falkirk this year it is a Falkirk Mod or to give it its proper name the Royal National Mod Falkirk 2008.The Oban Times takes a lot of Mod pictures - in fact The Oban Times takes lots of pictures at the Mod and we don't always have the space for the Mod pictures.
