People banned from one pub could be banned from them all
UNRULY drinkers could face a lifetime ban from Oban's pubs if a neighbourhood watch style scheme is given the go-ahead next month.
Pubwatch aims to call time on drug use, assaults and other anti-social behaviour in public houses.
