Gemma sets designs on Cannes

A Fort William fashion designer will be mixing with the stars at the Cannes Film Festival this week to help encourage filmmakers to head for the Scottish Highlands. Gemma Carver will show her work as a designer to top movie moguls in an attempt to attract them to Scotland to film.
