The bureaucracy and red tape faced by west coast sheep producers has been starkly illustrated but the alternative is not much comfort.
North Argyll farmers were given an update on the revised sheep identification rules by the Scottish Executive Environment and Rural Affairs Department (SEERAD) in Connel recently.
