Congratulations to Oban Times reader Doctor Niel Morison, who celebrates his 100th birthday today, February 8. Now living on his own in Ayr, Dr Morison was born and educated in Tobermory, and is proud to be a Muileach. At 100 years old, he still drives, does all his own shopping, enjoys walks along the beach and likes nothing better than a quiet drink on a Saturday night at a local hotel with his wide circle of friends.
