Tiredness cost fishermen their lives

The dangers of tiredness are to be pressed home to the fishing industry after it cost two fishermen their lives. A Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) report has concluded that the grounding of a prawn trawler off Skye last summer was caused by one of the crew members falling asleep at the wheel.
