OBAN Lifeboat Station’s 40th anniversary open day promises to be a real work of art.
The event on Saturday,August 11 2012,will offer people the chance to look round the lifeboat and enjoy everything from fast Sea.fari boat trips round Oban Bay,to face painting.
Renowned Highland artist,Paul Taggart,will be on hand to create an original painting,which will be donated to the lifeboat to help raise funds for the organisation.
