INVERARAY won their 10th Celtic Society Cup since 2001 after a crushing 14-0 win over Taynuilt,who were competing in their first ever senior final.
Inveraray were heavy favourites going into the tie at the new Strachurmore pitch,Strachur,on Saturday,June 30 2012,but few would have expected them to win by such a large margin.
The Inveraray attack of Garry MacPherson,Ruaridh Graham,Euan McMurdo four-goal Russell McKinlay were in devastating form,as a brave and committed Taynuilt struggled to compete with their pace and skill.
