The parade through Oban led by Oban pipe Band
EXCEPTIONAL weather helped bring the crowds out of this year’s Oban Lions Club Charities Day,helping raise £16,000 for local causes.
Despite an exodus of locals to follow the Olympic torch as it passed through Crianlarich,Tyndrum and Fort William, the event still attracted hundreds of visitors to Station Square in the town, keen to peruse the 47 stalls.
