Oban-based sail-maker Chris Owen has been chosen to help over-see the 49er Olympic Campaign in Weymouth.
Chris is the shore manager for the team working with Olympic coach Paul Brotherton,a world class sailor in his own right.
Chris is in charge of all the sails that are being used in both the run-up to the Olympics and in organising the best sails for the medal races.
