BUSINESS and home broadband customers across Oban have hit out at telecoms provider BT after two weeks of widespread disruption.
Work began on May 7 to upgrade the local exchange, with the intention of bringing faster broadband to the area.
Rather than finding an improved service, many users found they either cannot get online, have to reset their routers often or even found their speed lowered.
The disruption crippled a number of businesses who found themselves unable to access vital online services such as accounts, email and even card-payment systems.
