OBAN has completely dominated the Argyll winners list in the third annual University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) teaching awards.
Dr John Howe from the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS) UHI in Dunbeg was named as most inspiring lecturer;his SAMS colleague,Professor Toby Sherwin,voted best research supervisor and Dr Kirsty Macdonald,a cultural studies lecturer based at Argyll College UHI,was recognised for providing the best assessment feedback.
Nominated by students,each of the winners receives a trophy and certificate for their efforts.
