Lochaber councillor is West Highland College’s new chairman

HIGHLAND Council leader and Lochaber councillor Michael Foxley has been appointed as the new chair of West Highland College UHI.

Dr Foxley has been a board member since the college’s formation in August 2010 and was previously chair of Lochaber College UHI.

He takes up the role following the retirement of Professor Norman Gillies,who chaired the college since its inception.
