AN OBAN fiddler hopes to bring her music to a wider audience after winning BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year at her first attempt.
Twenty-three-year-old Rona Wilkie was one of four fiddle players in the final six musicians,who all played in Glasgow City Halls on Sunday at the end of the Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow.
Rona,who also sings,had to make an alteration to her performance after losing her voice in the week leading up to the final.
